Our company is a manufacturer of automotive parts operating an integrated system encompassing pressing, welding, surface treatment, and assembly. As part of our global expansion, mold/die design and tooling/jig development are carried out in Japan, while subsequent processes are executed locally.

A production line that achieves high efficiency at low cost, utilising a variety of press machines including progressive press machines, robot-assisted press machines, single-stroke press machines, and more.

A production line that delivers high-precision products, using specialised equipment to process cylindrical materials including NC lathes, rolling machines, centerless grinding machines, and more.

A versatile production line capable of welding a wide variety of parts, using robotic arc welding machines and spot welding machines.

Surface Treatment
An advanced production line that has evolved by integrating multiple technologies since Trix's founding, including Zinc Plating, Zinc Nickel Plating, and Cation Paint (EDP).
